In this episode of the Vibrant Leadership Podcast, Nicole Greer talks with Chief Jerry Stokes, the Chief of Police at the Salisbury Police Department.
He has over 30 years of law enforcement experience, most recently garnered as Deputy Police Chief in Lynchburg, Virginia.
During his tenure there he was a regional violent crime task force detective, the street crimes supervision team leader, a vice and narcotics investigations officer, K-9 enforcement team supervisor, the internal affairs manager and critical incident/ tactical response manager. There, Stokes also oversaw the department’s police investigate and administrative functions and citywide emergency management operations.
On the podcast, Chief Stokes shares the leadership lessons he’s learned by being in the police force.
