Privacy Policy

Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Vibrant Culture ([Vibrant Culture, LLC]) ("Vibrant Culture," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit vibrantculture.com (the "Site"), purchase an assessment or coaching product, or otherwise interact with us.

Vibrant Culture provides leadership coaching, personal coaching, team development, and assessments led by Nicole Greer. Our Site and services are intended for individuals and organizations in the United States.

By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information that results from completing an assessment.

Information you provide:

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, job title, and organization when you fill out a form, take a quiz, subscribe to emails, book a session, or contact us.
  • Order details such as billing name, billing address, and the products you purchase. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers on our Site.
  • Information you share during coaching sessions, debriefs, or correspondence with us.
  • Blog comments, if you choose to leave one, along with the name and email you enter.

Assessment information: When you take an assessment (for example, Everything DiSC, CliftonStrengths, Myers-Briggs, TILT 365, ALP, or PEP), your responses and results are collected by the assessment provider's platform. For multi-rater and team products (such as the ALP 360, Positive Influence Predictor, Group Culture Profile, Five Behaviors, MBTI Team Report, and Team Agility Predictor), we may collect the names and email addresses of the raters or team members you invite so they can participate.

Information collected automatically: When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to deliver the services you request and to run our business. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders, including setting up assessment access and scheduling debriefs or coaching sessions.
  • Coordinate multi-rater and team assessments with the participants you invite.
  • Communicate with you about your purchase, results, sessions, and questions.
  • Send newsletters, resources, and offers you have signed up to receive.
  • Recommend assessments or services based on your quiz or form responses.
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content and navigation.
  • Protect the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only with the partners and service providers who help us deliver our services, and only as needed for that purpose.

  • Assessment publishers: To give you access to an assessment, we share your name and email (and those of any raters or team members) with the publisher of that assessment, such as Wiley (Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors), Gallup (CliftonStrengths), The Myers-Briggs Company (MBTI), TILT 365, and the providers of the ALP and PEP assessments. Each publisher handles your responses under its own privacy policy.
  • Service providers: We use trusted vendors to host the Site, process payments, manage customer relationships and email (such as our CRM and email marketing platform), schedule appointments, and analyze Site traffic. These providers may access personal information only to perform services for us.
  • Your organization: If your employer or organization purchases an assessment or team product for you, team-level reports may be shared with the group or sponsor as agreed in advance. We do not share an individual's personal results with an employer without that individual's knowledge.
  • Legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vibrant Culture, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: If Vibrant Culture is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies, Analytics, and Embedded Content

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the Site function and help us understand how it is used.

  • Essential cookies keep the Site working, such as remembering items in your shopping cart and keeping you signed in during checkout.
  • Analytics cookies: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited and time on site. You can learn more at Google's Privacy Policy and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Embedded content: Some pages include videos or other content embedded from sites such as YouTube. These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content as if you had visited them directly.

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site, such as checkout, may not work properly without them.

If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Even after you unsubscribe from marketing messages, we may still send transactional messages about your orders, assessments, or scheduled sessions.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal obligations. Assessment results are retained by each assessment publisher according to its own policies.

Name the challenge you're facing in your culture, and I will help you solve it.

From culture-shifting keynotes and workshops, executive coaching, or long-term partnerships, my work is to help you develop your next leaders.

I was fortunate to learn this early from an exceptional leader. She took an eager, overconfident new hire and developed me into a capable leader.

I went on to lead marketing and training for 80+ sites across the United States. Later, I achieved almost every credential in leadership development you’ve heard of. (see the list)

Since that time, I’ve joined organizations in almost every industry to BUILD VIBRANT CULTURES where employees take initiative and true ownership in their work.

Let’s build your leadership development strategy together.
