Built on the same framework as the Actualized Leader Profile ALP 360° is a 30-item, multi-rater assessment that collects anonymous feedback from the people who experience your leadership firsthand: your manager, peers, and direct reports. Their responses are measured against your own self-assessment across two critical dimensions: your leadership style based on the ALP framework, and the four competencies of emotional intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Social Management.
